Our typical capital markets client has a minimum of $15 million in annual revenue for domestic companies and $25 million in annual revenue for foreign companies. We will consider deals which involve raising a minimum of $5 million. We provide access to a wide array of public company "shells" for clients interested in entering the public markets via reverse mergers.
