Who We Are * KraZkustoms Body & Paint is the vision of Jerome and Kari Zimmerman of Glen Ullin, ND. Jerome is a 2001 graduate of Wyoming Technical Institute (WyoTech) with eight years working experience in the auto body industry. He specializes in custom fabrication, street rod building, and restorations. Kari received her Master's Degree in e.Business from the University of Wyoming in 2004. She is currently self-employed as a web consultant by numerous companies. What's in a Name? * People often ask us how we came up with our name. Besides being a play on our initials-- "KRZ" is Kari's initials and "Z" for Zimmerman--we wanted to convey our commitment to unique designs and street rods and restorations done right. Kustoms with a "K" is a traditional street rod term meaning customization of a post-war vehicle. George Barris brought the term into pop culture with his wild creations, including the Batmobile, the Munstermobile, the Beverly Hillbilly's truck, and the Green Hornet to name a few. Our Mission * "To revive the old-school ways of street rodding and custom paint, and to educate the public in the roots of the art form."
