These combined businesses were acquired in 2010 by Intermec Technologies Corp., a Honeywell company.The managed mobility and asset tracking solutions business developed specialized applications for the deskless worker and industry specific solutions used to identify, track and manage supply chain assets. Customers licensing these solutions included industry leaders such as Procter and Gamble, Philips Morris, Coca Cola, SAB Miller, Pepsi, Kraft Foods, Johnson and Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, and many other leading companies in the global fast-moving consumer goods and pharmaceutical markets. This business was acquired in 2012 as part of a spin-off to Zetes Industries S.A., a Panasonic Corporation.
