TSMC was originally formed in March 2003 as a consultant firm to provide consultancy on product management and strategic marketing research and analysis for existing and new Telecom equipment Providers.The first contracts consisted on Marketing Reports and Forecasts for new companies coming to the Mexican Markets such as the Chinese Huawei and ZTE.Since June 2004, TSMC has signed a consultancy agreement with PSITEK, a South African corporation manufacturing and selling Supervised Wireless Payphones, POS Terminals and Content Data Services Solutions.Recently TSMC has signed distribution agreements with:Dialcom Networks, a leading Spanish company developers of Videocollaboration & unified messaging platforms, Spontania and Webcall. These platforms have been awarded by Gartner Group and are mentioned in the "Gartner Magic Quadrant"Cellebrite Mobile Synchronization, an Israeli company producers of the UME-36 Pro an Universal Memory Exchanger Terminal allowing the backup and transfer of cell phones information into a memory stick, Personal computer or to another phone. Additionally, Cellebrite offers also the Celle Sync service where the user of the phone can back up and retrieve their personal phone information into a server.
