We are a movement with the power of an outboard engine. We collaborate with over 900 change makers and innovators: entrepreneurs, directors, educational and knowledge institutions, scientists, startups, and switchers. We have one mission: 'a society in which everyone can be and remain meaningful'. And that requires a radically different system for the job market. What are we doing? We are building a bridge from job to job, to growth sectors and professions where people are strongly needed.
