We are a group of multidisciplinary mental health professionals supporting healing journeys, designing safe spaces and communities and advancing mental health discourse and research. We understand that beginning therapy is not easy and are here to make it slightly easier – to offer a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and unravel your thoughts, emotions and life experiences. We believe that every individual's life journey and lived experience is unique and therefore warrants a tailored approach in therapy and require to be firmly grounded in the socio-cultural context and environmental realities that an individual comes from. As a collective, we are also committed to depathologizing mental health, focusing on strengths in practice and embracing diversity in thought and experience. We are trauma-informed, queer affirmative and intersectional.
