Gemini Sampling Solutions is an End-to-End Automated Mechanical Sampling Solution provider. The Quality of our offerings is ensured through strict adherence to industry guidelines and national and international certifications.About a year into operation, GSS has a product portfolio comprising of the Mechanical Auger Sampler (Mobile and Stationary), Cross Belt Sampler and Ferro Alloy Sampler coupled with downstream equipment, consisting of the Crusher, Sample Divider and the Sample Reject Handling Systems. We are also exploring the possibility of incorporating AI with our equipment and systems so that we can bring cutting-edge technological and innovative offerings to our customers. The basic idea behind Automated Mechanical Sampling is to create Solutions and Products that was safer, more accurate and assure consistent quality. Mines being very hazardous sites, our special focus has been on Safety. Our solutions provide a totally mechanized process that minimizes the scope of human intervention on-ground so that unbiased, representative results can be obtained in every instance. A custom-built sampler co-created with a Steel giant is in operation at their plant while an upgraded automated version is under planning for installation Gemini also made its first international footprint with a Auto Shatter equipment which is in process of installation at an overseas site.
