Female Footballers believe that soccer can help young female athletes gain the leadership, confidence and self esteem necessary to become responsible, successful and thoughtful adults. We offer soccer clinics and unique empowerment seminars designed to help young women develop into both physically and mentally strong female leaders. Our clinics are designed for ages 8-16, to develop players' technical skills, as well as a seminar /teambuilding events designed to empower young women. All clinics are run by highly qualified D-1 level or higher coaches/mentors who are strong, confident, former or current soccer players that aim to share their knowledge and skills to developing young women both on and off the field. Female Footballers is proud to offer catered clinics and camps for all clubs and individual teams. All female athletes benefit from continued technical skill work on the field, but not many put enough effort into their mental skills which help them achieve higher levels and personal goals. The mental skills aspect of our program sets us apart, makes us unique, and will help differentiate your club from your competition. We focus on different skills such as confidence, communication, growth mindset, grit, body image, nutrition, camaraderie, goal setting, and much more. We are happy to customize a clinic or practice to address the mental skills that fit the needs of your club or team.
