We provide catering to 74 contracts with an annual operating turnover in excess of £15.5 million.Food PhilosophyFresh food is an embedded principal at Connect. Each Chef Manager writes their own menus, to take advantage of seasonal produce, customer preferences and special offers. Each dish is created from the basic raw ingredients creating balanced nutritious meals that are tasty and delicious. Special dietary requirements and allergy awareness is always accommodated to ensure every person can enjoy the catering facility.Delivering Excellence Through TrainingWe nurture flair, passion and talent, taking great care of every individual as demonstrated by our retained Investors in People Gold award. Connect trains and inspires Managers, Chefs and their teams through internal and external courses, catering meetings, advice and support from their Operations Manager. During the handover period of every new contract we carefully support the team on site, enabling them to continue to provide the very best possible service.Budget ControlConnect delivered this through specific training and development programmes and open book accounting. Connect produce bespoke trading reports, designed to give the client all the information required.
