Personal Space is a Bristol based, non-membership personal training and pilates studio, set near the Downs in Redland.Personal Space comprises two floors - a fully equiped ground level wooden floored studio, and a downstairs large matted room.We don't have ranks of cardiovascular equipment or rows of weights machines. Your body will benefit more from moving in a more natural plane of movement, by using free weights, stability balls and other tools. By avoiding fixed machines, which isolate muscles, your body is allowed more freedom to move, necessitating the body to work as a coordinated unit. This is far more beneficial for everyday function.Downstairs we have a large matted area that can accommodate up to two people for our small group sessions. This is used primarily for pilates training and massage.There is a changing room, shower and toilet. We provide shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser for your convenience, so that you can go back to work or home feeling refreshed and revived.Parking around Personal Space is usually fairly easy, and there are also two spaces in front of the studio building for your use.Our trainers are highly qualified and experienced - with at least twenty years experience in the health and fitness industry, each of our trainers are committed to continuing their knowledge and development, ensuring that you will receive the most up to date guidance and support.
