Machinex Recycling Technologies has successfully designed, installed and commissioned a large number of recycling centres and transfer stations across Canada for such customers as Waste Management, Browning Ferris Industries, St. Laurent Paperboard, County of Colchester, TIRU Construction, Beaumen Waste, City of Toronto, and many other private and municipal customers. Machinex`s customer oriented approach to projects allows us to sit down with an individual customer and custom design a recycling or transfer facility to best meet the needs of the customer and work within the customer`s needs and budgetary constraints. There are no two projects that we have ever taken on that are totally similar. Our designers and engineers start each project by collecting as much data from the customer as available and transform this information into a mass balance flow study before designing a system for their requirements. This information is verified by the customer and the design is then created for the customer`s approval. Once a contract has been accepted Machinex appoints a project manager to the job to see that all aspects of the project are carried out professionally and that the job is properly co- ordinated to the point of final commissioning for the customer. All installations are conducted by our inhouse installers and are backed-up by our highly experienced and factory trained service technicians who are on call 24 hours a day. Machinex views its relationship with its suppliers, customers and employees as that of a long term partnership which enables us to offer the best of quality service and product which is on the leading edge of today`s technological requirements.
