HUB Architects and Designers are a RIBA Chartered and BIID registered practice, formed in October 2006 by Simon Watkins and Kate Spence.Kate, Simon and their team at HUB have gathered a broad knowledge and experience of architecture and design for buildings. They know that each project will involve the dreams and ambitions of you, the client, the physical and practical constraints of your building or site, the valuable input of everyone involved in the construction process and thousands of questions and decisions.HUB will listen and understand your architectural and design dreams, analyse and rationalise the constraints and they will investigate and solve challenges in an open and responsive way.
