GrowFit provides specialized early childhood health education and gross motor development classes within Early Learning Centres. We operate in the greater Sydney area and each week visit over 50 childcare centres. We pride ourselves on encouraging our children to live a happy and healthy life, and that Being Fit is FUN!!! Over 10,000 children have engaged in the GrowFit program.
