Shanti Yoga is a grassroots organization dedicated to enriching the community through Yoga.This studio is built on the foundation that yoga should be accessible and affordable to every-body. Shanti supports and encourages the growth of it's students on a deep personal level through the use of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath). Our instructors work together to create an environment to uplift, inspire and educate their students on safe and effective ways to reduce stress, build confidence and radiate a healthy glow from the inside out.We bring forth what is already there, the light that shines within you!This is a place of celebration, examination, dedication and appreciation for the true joy of Yoga.
