Artadia is a national non-profit organization that supports artists with unrestricted, merit-based Awards followed by a lifetime of program opportunities. Artadia is unique in that it allows any artist to apply, engaged nationally recognized curators to review work, and culminates in direct grants up to $20,000. Continued support of artists is achieved through public dialogues, exhibitions, studio visits, curator attention, a partnership with the NADA art fair, and institutional collaborations in Artadia Award cities. Since 1999, Artadia has awarded over $3 million to more than 325 artists in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. Over 20,000 artists have applied to the Artadia Award program, and 500 curators have been engaged in the selection of visionary artists working across the United States. Artadia is guided by entrepreneurial principles, community engagement, and a diverse national membership comprised of industry leaders who understand that funding arts has a direct impact on the quality of life for all Americans.
