The Penn State Justice and Safety Institute (JASI) is a leader in providing management training to law enforcement and other criminal justice agencies. We offer our services to hundreds of local, state, and federal agencies with whom we have formed successful and mutually beneficial partnerships.JASI's classes are instructed by active and recently retired leaders in law enforcement and criminal justice agencies. These exceptional instructors average a 4.9/5.0 rating on student evaluations. They incorporate their successes and lessons learned in a relevant, updated and interactive delivery of our course material. JASI was formed in 1971 to meet the professional development needs of law enforcement, corrections, parole/probation and public safety personnel. To complement our diverse and substantial, national criminal justice base, we have provided classes to Trinidad and Tobago, Canada, Morocco and Nigeria. The impact of JASI on many communities is enhanced by the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement Training Institute (PACSETI) and the administration of the Pennsylvania Deputy Sheriffs' Training Academy.
