Sparks Egg Inc. is a leading supplier of farm fresh eggs to Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our Grading Station handles approximately 50% of Alberta's egg production, processing eggs from over 70 Alberta egg producers.Our facility for production, grading, packaging, marketing and storage is approximately 37,000 square feet. Processing and packaging is handled by state-of-the-art grading equipment at speeds of 250 to 400 cases - 7500 to 9000 dozen eggs - per hour, this amounts to more than one million eggs per day!
