The courses are designed to provide comprehensive materials in a friendly environment conducive to learning by a knowledgeable and professional staff. The courses include informative multi-media lectures and many have "hands-on" components so that participants can put into practice what they have been taught. Our staff of instructors come from a wide range of backgrounds and all have applicable field experience from safety and security to fire, EMS and search and rescue! We do not use lay-instructors! This valuable field experience of our instructors offers participants with "real world" resources ready to answer their questions and lends to lively and informative discussions!
