Sub 4 Development Company was started in 2015 as the realestate construction arm of Green Street Realty and JacksonDearborn Partners. The goal was to build high quality studenthousing, multi-family housing, and retail projects in house and notrely on an outside contractor to build our developments. Sinceits inception, we have been one of the most active builders inthe Champaign-Urbana Illinois market, building numerous newconstruction projects. As we continue to grow, so does ourfootprint, with a pipeline of projects in markets like ColoradoSprings, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Ann Arbor, MI and Lafayette, IN. Asof the summer of 2021, we have opened offices in Scottsdale,Arizona and Denver, Colorado to serve growth in those markets.
