The mission of Forsythia Counseling, PLLC is to offer safety, healing and hope for individuals and couples overwhelmed by stress and searching for emotional stability during major life transitions. At Forsythia Counseling, we understand that stress is inevitable, it's your response that matters. While stress can be a catalyst for spiritual, physical and emotional growth, it can also negatively impact your well-being. During stressful times, it's important to attune to your emotional and physical shifts. However, if you avoid or neglect your internal experiences because of the fear of pain, there is a potential for diminishing the growth your challenges offer. My goal is to support you through challenging times, allowing you to open fully to the present moment by incorporating compassion-oriented and mindfulness-based strategies.
