What we doInner Flame is a youth development charity. Our mission is to empower young people who are at a disadvantage, so they have a greater opportunity to thrive.We offer training programmes and mentoring to help young people to discover their potential, build confidence and move towards employment.We are a delivery partner for The Prince's Trust in Swindon, delivering Team - a 12-week full time course for people aged 16-25 who are unemployed. We are looking for young people who are willing to challenge themselves, suppport others, and who want to change something about themselves or their lives.Our trainers and coaches help participants to see their options, to make positive choices, to set personal goals, and to take action towards them.
