A strong, robust and coordinated healthcare community is essential during emergencies. Since 2005, the Northwest Healthcare Response Network (the Network) has led a healthcare coalition, which is an affiliation of private and public partners working together to prepare for, respond to and recover from pandemics, disasters and emergencies throughout Western Washington.Our members include major hospitals, primary- and specialty care providers, behavioral health, long-term care, and blood and dialysis centers across the Puget Sound region, as well as state and local public health agencies, first responders and emergency managers.The Northwest Healthcare Response Network is a nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) organization.
