Kathryn Walton Consulting offers creative and dynamic bush adventure and nature-based workshops, retreats, group programs and seminars that optimise mental health and well-being. Kathryn blends her experiences as a Mental Health Social Worker, Bushwalking Guide and Mountain Bike Instructor to provide a multi-dimensional approach to women's health, community health and workplace mental health and wellness. Kathryn acknowledges the unique experience of individuals and organisations which enables her to customise programs to meet the identified need. She uses education and experiential learning to inspire her clients to safely connect with their inner selves, with the natural world, and with other people and systems around them. A History of Reliable Service ProvisionKathryn's reliable reputation for clinical services was forged through her private counselling practice "Condamine Assist" in Warwick, Queensland, Australia between 2005 and 2017. During this time Kathryn diversified her practice to meet the ever-changing needs of the community including the creation and facilitation of community projects, organisational consultation, staff supervision, the development of women's retreats and groups, as well as a wide range of professional development programs.
