Whether its with assisted postures and a style of dialogue that facilitates a conversation with yourself (in a one on one session) or through yoga postures and thematic language (in a yoga class) your practitioner creates a safe space for you to experience yourself in.Whether you are a practitioner-or-teacher-in-training, or a client or yoga student, choosing to engage with the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy process offers you the opportunity to deeply know yourself and actively engage with your own process of personal transformation.
