LifeStream Complete Senior Living has a 40-year legacy of serving seniors. The organization, now in its fourth decade, is a faith-based, nonprofit offering a complete spectrum of accommodations and services for senior adults in the Greater Phoenix area. LifeStream has three unique communities across the valley, with a variety of living arrangements and services including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.Our unique and homelike settings, programs, and services have continually pushed forward over the years, always incorporating industry best practices. They have been further designed to not only serve our Residents, but to educate Residents' families, and the community at large on the value of Seniors in our society. LifeStream empowers our Residents to have enriching relationships with their loved ones—whom we are privileged to also call our "family." Our communities provide warm, real-home environment where everyone feels loved, needed and a part of something bigger than themselves.We welcome Seniors of any faith, including no faith, to live in our communities.
