MCRC Vision: Hispanic and other ethnic minorities will experience acceptance, respect, independence and self-sufficiency in our community.Serving the Erie Community since 1975.MCRC offers the following services to Hispanic and other immigrants and refugees: ESL classes, Citizenship classes, Employment services, Case Management, Interpretation & Translation for various languages, Immigration services, Drug & Alcohol prevention, Daycare and Pre-K classes.
