This knowledge allows activity plans to begin where the participant is able and provides a baseline metric to definitively track participant progress over time.iMETx Therapy – deeply personalized physical activity plans that are built around the participant's lifestyle designed to gradually and incrementally increase their activity levels. After collecting two weeks of data from a fitness wearable, an individualized activity plan is created built around the participant's life habits and locale. The plans dynamically adjust with the participant's response to prior plans and the result is extremely high compliance and steady energetic improvement. High compliance is achieved because the activity plans are built around the participant's current lifestyle and locations.
