Situated on 10 acres of rolling hills in Lower Saucon Township PA, Weston Care Center is a 44-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering a holistic approach to resident centered care. Our smaller size allows us to provide individualized service and attention in a family like environment to all our residents. Available seven days a week, onsite rehabilitation includes Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy and Behavior Health services. Licensed Psychologists are available to assist residents with adjustment, health and behavior related issues. A full care team of Physicians, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Care Aids, Social Workers, and Rehabilitation Specialists work together to provide the best possible experience for your loved one. Renovation plans are in progress and feature fully upgraded private and semi-private rooms with wi-fi, as well as a state of the art rehabilitation and wellness gym, life enrichment center, private dining room and bistro, and outdoor recreational facilities. Our future plans for building a greenhouse will allow for farm to table dining with organic gardens, and whole foods. We are committed to incorporating the use of green technology to reduce our carbon footprint.
