Arthur Paylor is President of the flooring division and is over Mill Creek Carpet & Tile which started with one location and has now grown to over 11 store locations throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. The Mill Creek family of companies' employs approximately 600 full time employees. This number includes our Oklahoma lumber division and flooring division with both flooring and lumber stores in Kansas.
