We have created an intimate retreat environment for you to come and immerse yourself on a regular basis. We inspire and guide you in an environment that nurtures and encourages you to Pause+Shift+Reflect so you can live your best life from the inside out.Our supportive team of highly skilled professionals is here to assist you in creating a personalized journey that will help elevate your awareness on your path of wellbeing. For example, you can take a yoga class and experience our one-of-a-kind sound resonance therapy floor, relax in one of our zero gravity loungers while listening to Tibetan singing bowls, or sit in our Inhale Salt Therapy Lounge and experience the healthy benefits of what salt can do for your wellbeing.
