Early on, our client centric model began to resonate among buyers and sellers as our young brokerage began to grow. It became evident that there was a void in the market for a unique brokerage model that valued quality over quantity, a brokerage that was intrinsically about the people not the organization.As the brokerage continued to expand, Gold Coast Real Estate had a choice; forge ahead on its own or join a national brand.
