Baddour Leadership Academy develops, challenges and supports student-athletes, coaches and staff in their continual quest to become world class leaders in athletics, academics and life. In 2004, the Carolina Leadership Academy was established as the first leadership development program in the collegiate athletics. In 2012, it was renamed the Richard A. Baddour Carolina Leadership Academy in honor of the vision which Director of Athletics Emeritus, Richard A. Baddour provided.
