Atlas Counsel came together from a conversation. A conversation we had with others, and one that we had with each other.Our conversation with others went like this: They wanted the best for their people and teams. They wanted their people and leaders to develop. They wanted their teams to be all that they could be. They asked, did we know anyone who could help? And if they didn't have all the people they needed, they wanted to know where they could find them to make this happen. They wanted to know if we knew anyone like that?Boards wanted to challenge their own thinking. To measure their own success. To maximise their impact. They wanted to help their organisations do things better, to do things differently. They wanted to know whether we had any suggestions?And we said to each other: you know who that sounds like? Us. And so we became: Atlas Counsel.
