Founded in 1935, Dodge City Community College (DC3, DCCC) is located on the Central High Plains in Ford County, southwest Kansas and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.DC3's campus design was recognized with an award by the American Institute of Architects and encompasses 145 acres, 20 buildings, a fishing lake, a 1.25-mile fitness trail, basketball, tennis and racquetball courts, and a rodeo arena.
