Manifesting M.E. Wellness is a Black woman-owned, Inglewood-based organization that provides access to holistic mental health services. Provided services include holistic psychotherapy, yoga, hormone wellness counseling, healing circles, reiki, and wellness workshops. All services are holistic, trauma-informed, BIPOC centered, culturally inclusive, and queer-affirming.Our vision is to create a safe place to teach and empower individuals and communities to care for their Mental and Emotional needs from a whole-person perspective. We believe manifesting Mental and Emotional wellness means preventing and treating symptoms of Mental and Emotional illness by creating a lifestyle that integrates and enhances mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the individual and community. Founder & CEO, Katrina Long, LCSW (she) is an International Healing Arts Therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher and energy healer. She specializes in integrating traditional psychology with holistic healing modalities to provide relief from mental and emotional distress.Manifesting M.E.
