The first mission of The Carbon Sync is to provide seedlings at no cost to the public."Sync" is defined as working well with someone or something. By working in sync, we can reduce our carbon emissions in order to help fight against climate change.These days when the term "Carbon Capture" or "Carbon Sequestration" is brought up, our minds often jump to industrial equipment and chemical processes. We tend to forget that trees are a natural carbon sink which not only sequester atmospheric carbon dioxide but play vital ecological roles.Trees provide:-Oxygen-Soil Stabilization-A source of food for both humans and wildlife-Habitats for wildlifeWith this in mind, we seek to provide seedlings to persons who are interested in not only beautifying their surroundings and harvesting, but also helping to make a personal contribution in the efforts to sequester carbon.
