Dwell Communities is a property management group based in Atlanta, GA and founded in 2012 that aims to provide access to quality, affordable housing within metropolitan Atlanta, GA & Houston, TX. We currently manage 7 multifamily properties ranging from 40 to 304 units with a total of 1,027 units in our portfolio. Our mission is to transform the way people live by building healthy, thriving communities, both tangibly & intangibly. We accomplish this mission through our 4 pillars: 1. Safety comes firstWe strive to make our neighborhoods a refuge for our families. We work together to create a place where kids can play and moms can walk without fear. 2. People should be proud of where they liveWe want our the appearance of our property, both interior & exterior, to be attractive.
