JOB PURPOSE: Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability through customer relationships, merchandise, inventory, and shrinkage. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY: - Ensure that each Client receives outstanding Client Service. - Monitor merchandise including stock levels, merchandise and presentations. - Review department/store trends and recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives. ESSENTIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals - Proven ability to deliver excellent client service - Superior communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to ask questions and seek solutions - Meticulous organization and attention to detail - Ability to manage conflict through to resolution QUALIFICATIONS: Contemporary sense of style and culture 1-2 years relevant business/sales or retail experience
