We are Health Care Professionals improving the quality of life for residents by increasing access, communication, and coordination of healthcare. We've raised the bar for expectations in post-acute and long-term care. ICP is the only team of Nurse Practitioners that offers full-time coverage in a skilled nursing facility, and also provides on-call services.
