Community-Oriented group practice located on Antique Row in Downtown Tacoma. Our carefully selected team of therapists work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples.We are currently offering Telehealth and in-person services. Our goal is to continue to build a practice that serves individuals of the Tacoma community regardless of barriers to establishing a therapist. These barriers to quality mental health treatment often include income limitations, limited insurance coverage/benefits, cultural biases, and lack of providers in the area.Our team provides individuals and families an open, non- judgmental space to reconnect with themselves, their purpose, passion, and their loved ones. Ignite: A Path to Wellness proudly operates under a trauma-informed care model which emphasizes the significance of a healing therapy experience tailored to each individual's background and experiences while preventing any further harm. We recognize trauma's role in one's outlook, emotions, and behavior & are dedicated to your safety in building trust and transparency while joining you on the path to self-empowerment.Insurances currently accepted: Regence, Premera, First Choice Health Network, Kaiser (limited availability), Aetna, United HealthcareWe also offer Private Pay sessions and a reduced fee rate on a case by case basis- subject to availability.
