Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) is a progressive institution educating the next generation of health care professionals. Located in Bloomington, Minn., the university has been a fixture in the market since 1941. Our deep history is rooted in their founding of The College of Chiropractic, established more than 70 years ago. While the institution's history is rooted in the chiropractic profession, NWHSU now focuses more broadly on health and wellness. In addition to our doctor of chiropractic degree, we offer degrees, course credits, certificates, and specializations in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, massage therapy, nutrition, undergraduate health sciences, and the allied health professions—medical assisting, medical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, radiation therapy, and radiologic technology. We are a mission- and vision-driven university, preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals to not only deliver, but also advance health care.NWHSU advances innovative models of integrative care to lead people to live happier, healthier lives.
