The YSDC works with change-makers and youth from all around the world to foster an enabling environment which can lead to a more sustainable and resilient future by 2030. In 2019, the first Youth Sustainable Development Conference took place at Igbobi College, Yaba Lagos under the theme 'Youths Engagements Towards Achieving the SDGs'. In 2020, the second edition held via a virtual platform under the theme ‘Youth at the Center of Achievement and Implementation of the SDGs'. Attendees are divided into committee groups which focus on a specific UN SDGs. By applying proven methodologies and granting access to the most relevant and up to date case studies, each committee formulates an idea that can accomplish the SDG in a practical and impactful way.We hope to engage with international institutions and donors, civil society, and professional and academic associations to improve the coordination of policies and practices at the regional level and global level.To our donors, partners and sponsors, we provide branded marketing opportunities on our online channels and physical print material, investment opportunities in emerging markets, and a platform to engage and connect with passionate youth from around the world.
