We purposely position ourselves as working for both Personal Injury Lawyers as well as Insurance Defence Legal Teams providing expertise that will help to determine appropriate settlements.Insurance companies regularly contract Spencer to provide various employment counselling with clients who are able to return to work post injury. We have worked with Insurance Companies, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Veterans Affairs offering a Job Search Training, case management and Labour Market Plans.
