Sandra McIlvain founded the firm in 1988 with a vision to create a home-like atmosphere for her client visits, coupled with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. This culture remains in place, even after Sandy's retirement in July, 2021. Our managing partners are now Kelli Hoffman and Tasha Whiddon. Both, hand-picked and mentored by Sandy from within her staff.
