Perinatal ServicesWomen transitioning into motherhood are supported in struggles pertaining to mood, identity, relationships, body image, ambivalence, high-risk pregnancy or traumatic birth and recovery experiences. We offer individual and group services for pregnant and postpartum moms and Telehealth groups for women on bed rest. Individual TherapyChildren, Adolescents or adults learn strategies to manage their mood, anxiety and stress that utilize their strengths. Issues such as identity formation, trauma, grief and loss and life transitions are explored to promote long-term growth and lasting change. Reflective Supervision & ConsultationWe have providers that have earned their Infant Mental Health Endorsement® and can provide Individual or Group Reflective Supervision, either in person or through Telehealth.OBGYN and Pediatrician PracticesOur aim is to coordinate care with other professionals supporting women transitioning into motherhood by identifying anxiety and depression across the perinatal continuum. We offer training in use of the Edinburg Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS).
