The company uses state-of-the-art equipment, including ultra-microfiber towels, float mops, and high-filtration vacuums that boast the Carpet and Rug Institute's Green Label, and environmentally friendly cleaning products that meet or exceed the EPA environmental protection guidelines. This process, which meets the USGBC LEED green building standards, not only eliminates disease-causing germs, dirt, and microbes, but it also helps businesses attain one of the critical criteria required to earn "green" certifications. The result is a spotless and germ-free environment. Under the leadership and experience of Tom and Janice Stewart, the company sets a constant goal of exceeding customer expectations and is the only residential cleaning company in the world to achieve a stringent customer service certification from the ISSA, a worldwide cleaning industry association. Over the years, Castle Keepers has performed more than 400,000 house and office cleanings, covering about 20,000 homes per year in the Charleston area.
