Street2 Feet is a 5K training program that promotes spiritual, mental and physical health among individuals experiencing homelessness. We believe through the joy of running we are able to build healthier communities and lifestyles regardless of income. We introduce walking and running as an accessible activity that builds healthy individuals, families and communities. We train 3 times per week throughout the year. We have seen firsthand how one's self esteem, confidence and perseverance improves when they increase their mileage, feel healthier overall- mind, body, spirit and accomplish their goal of completing a 5K Run by toeing the start line and crossing the finish line!
