MVECA is one of 18 Information Technology Centers (ITC) licensed by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) - Section 3301.075 of Ohio Revised Code. Founded in 1980 and reorganized as Regional Council of Governments in 2006, MVECA is a full service information technology provider.
