Amex Exploration has made a significant high grade gold discovery on its 100% owned project in Perron, Quebec on the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The property boasts great infrastructure and is surrounded by producing gold mines within a 110km drive. By the end of 2020, there will be 200,000 metres of drilling completed, with assay results to follow. in June 2020 Amex completed an over subscribed $15.7 million which provides the company with ~$25 million in cash. To date four high grade zones have been discovered and another six zones have been identified to be drill tested. Recent drill results:• Grey Cat Zone 0.50m@114.96 g/t Au and 0.70m@91.06 g/t Au; extended the zone by 50m along strike. • Gratien zone intersected 0.95m@16.63 g/t Au. • The Denise Zone intersected 7.40m@3.49 g/t Au, including 2.30m@9.33 g/t Au. • Eastern Gold Zone step out drilling, 6m@1.05 g/t Au, including 0.50m@9.38 g/t Au.The drill results display consistent and well disseminated gold mineralization and the zones remain open in all directions. Only 4km of the 15km belt has been drill tested and only to a depth of 500+ metres.
