Drawing on over 15 years of experience as a practicing litigator and almost 5 years as an in-house coach at a law firm, I work with individual lawyers, accountants and other professional services providers to help them enhance the quality and quantity of work in their personal practices and build their practices into strong, sustainable businesses that fulfill their financial, intellectual, philosophical and social objectives.My years of experience as a lawyer set me apart from other coaches. I have experienced, first hand, the challenges that all professional services providers face in trying to build a business, while at the same time investing the volume of time and personal resources that are required in order to provide clients with the highest standard of professional service.
